Addams Your Santa card is brilliant :T

I was wondering if anyone can help me with these - I've seen people using white gel pens to highlight there coloured images, do any of you have them and if so what make do you use. I bought one but it doesn't seem to work very well.
The other thing is - does anyone know if there is a webpage provider that's free - like blogger but actual webpages rather than a blog (does that make sense ??) If so can you point me in their direction please?

Got £5 for my card!! (Never expected that much - I'm even more embarrassed now)

    HI EVERYONE.

I've been busy delivering the Avon Christmas orders, so I apologise for being AWOL. I'll be glad when christmas is over and the Avon orders die down a bit - I'll be able to keep up properly then.

I haven't read through the posts -sorry, I'll read back tomorrow, I'm shattered today! I hope everyone is well, and I send extra bug hugs to all who are unwell, or in need of a little TLC.

Rainmac - I haven't forgotten your card swap for last month - I've put it on my 'to do' list, and it should be with you shortly. Sincerest apologies xxx

Well done to any winners. I'll be back tomorrow. Have a lovely evening everyone. Take care xxx

Peppop - as I posted the above post I saw you asked about gel pens. I have the sakura glaze in white. It's clear as it applies and dries white. It cost about £1.50 from Hobbycraft. (may be cheaper elsewhere though).

PepPop I have just bought the white pen flyingpig uses on her dark cards, it shows up really white. Its a Uniball Signo White Gel Pen, I bought mine from Rymans £2.29 and BOGOF. Don't know if this is the one you need. WOW!! £5 for your card, thats brilliant, well done you!!!
  • The -Wife - hope everything went ok today and that you're not too sore

Flourgirl - thanks for the tutorial

CT - hope you back is better

Peppop - well done on getting a fiver for your card, don't be embarressed, your cards are excellent. I use a ranger white pen which is about £1.20. I had another cheaper one that I got from Staples and it went on lovely and white but I kept getting big blobs.

I think that's everyone, hope the weather's not been too unkind to you all today. Still no sign of my mojo - it's taken me hours to put an Okish card together and I've got another four to do by Wednesday! So, I'm off to give myself a good slap and talking too:)
  • Oh meant to say - good news Madfrog and I'm struggling with my brayer too, apparently it's all in the wrist action - ohhh errr missus!

Also, sorry to plug on here, but thank you to everyone who's joined up with the Delicious Doodles Challenge Blog, if you haven't become a follower yet, please do as we're only 29 followers short of the next candy drawing. TIA
  • What a miserable freezing wet and windy day - cheered myself up with a little purchase ;)
OH isn't home from work yet so I ended up heating and serving again wouldn't wish to exaggerate and call it cooking :rotfl:

Sorry they can't tell you anything Dragon - is OH still not able to drive? Must be very frustrating :o

Hope your new nose is better than this one Wifey:
