Thanks - he seems in less pain now. The annoying bit is that the hospital couldn't refer us to the surgeon - we have to see our GP first who will then refer us back! Madness!

That is completely crazy, how infuriating

Found out my new car gets delivered on Wednesday, whoo hoo :D
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

  • Hi guys,

Not been to these parts of MSE before, been frequenting The Sewing Room, Eating out of Freezer and Cupboard and the Coupon threads.

However, having spent a vast amount of money amassing card making equipment and supplies and not getting enough opportunity to make the cards I have set myself a challenge of not buying any cards at all this year.

The card I'm initially having difficulty with is for our godson, who is having his bar mitzvah in March. Now, not being Jewish myself, or really knowing very much about what is involved, I don't really know where to start.

I had a quick google, and thought a Star of David idea would be simple enough, but wondered if anyone had any advice for something a bit less simple.

    TIA

Congratulations Wifey (being a bit dim here in Marg land what is it? - please?)

Canspendnomore - Welcome! Sorry I have no idea what to suggest - could you just make a typical teen boy card & add the star and appropriate sentiment?

Marg, it's one of these and she is beautiful.

Canspendnomore, When I made one sometime ago I checked out Splitcoaststampers gallery here for ideas and adapted a card, it's easy to search on there and well worth a free registration.
