Oh it's quiet on here just lately, where are you all :wave:
Been round to my Brothers tonight, he had a halloween party, well decorated his house and garden from top to bottom and made a curryit was ace, took the little ones trick or treating to say his garden was slightly OTT was an under statement.
OH has the new PS3 game so I am a PS3 widow tonight0 -

I just discovered the card making thread by way of the cross stitch one, so I hope you don't mind if I join in from time to time. I've just read about the last 20 pages to see what you've been up to recently.
I'm going to the NEC on thursday too. It's a very long day out from here and we'll have to be away from home by 6.30am and get back about 9pm.
We share the cost of petrol and parking and I have a discounted ticket so after all that I have about £10 to spend, but it will be nice to see the demo's and the Crafts for Christmas show too.
I'm looking for those promarker fine tip things and hit the £1 stall!
I def' agree with what others have mentioned on here regarding price differences at the SECC as being pretty much the norm at these shows.
What I do is take a small notebook and when I see something I'm interested in I write down what I saw and the stall number - not the sellers name, but the location eg B6, so that I can find it again!!0 -

most of you know that I am going in to hospital this Thursday for an op:eek:,so I made my own get well card,lol,because I know my husband wont go in a shop to buy one for me :kisses3:
