no bath would you buy the house?

I'd rather buy a house with a walk in shower than a bath0

why do you want a bath ?"Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0

For a retirement-type property I'd say a shower is a better feature than a bath....0

I would love a walk in shower! We have a water meter, and we never use the bath, so it is a total waste of space!0

I'd buy it. I always shower, rather than have a bath, and I think most people I know do the same.0

I don't use a bath, but I would always have a bath in my bathroom. It's useful for watering the plants while away, washing little people, pets, and so that guests staying can have a bath.
We got our bath from B&Q for 60 quid, it was pretty easy to fit, so we did it ourselves. Only downside, is that the taps etc cost a bit more because we wanted swish ones...0 -
I wouldn't but I've got young children. My parents took out their bath (3 bed retirement property) as Dad couldn't get in or out of it safely. They've got a lovely walk in shower (with seat) now0
