The Parcel Network - anyone used them? VENT

i booked a collection of an item from the canaries yesterday to come back to me in the UK. I apid the charge and they gave me a tracking number.
24 Hours later the item was due to be collected today but hasnt. I called up DHL the carrier and they dont recognise the tracking number I gave them, given to me by the Parcel Network.
My initial email checking the order had gone through was responded to by an employee to confirm all was OK and should be collected today. But chaser emails this pm have been ignored and when i called the number at half five, it diverted to a mobile number as the vodafone voicemail service read out the number,
Just wondering whether this company had any good/bad reviews?
