IIRC the stuff that was going on when I was last around was...

    2. RE fees beign worse than ever
    3. X disagrees Y. Hilarity ensues.

Sounds like not much has changed at all! Although we do have a little less of number 3 now.

  • Got one of my pay claims rejected this mrongin due to a shop being done not within the time frame, even though the company had told me they were openign the jobs up to a longer time frame cos of the weather and peopel trying to get them all done. Worst thing is that I only missed the time frame by 30 mins :(

Was this TNS by any chance?

Yeah it was. I'm actually really annoyed with it. I have had so many of their visits that I had to re-schedule due to the issues with the weather, when I contacted them they had said that the visit times had been opened up due tot his so I thought nothign of doing it outside that time frame.

    Welcome back!!

Yep, things haven't changed that much. Lots of the "old regulars" have gone. I'm still here from time to time. The odd numpty newbie pops up and storms off when we tell them they won't make their million in the first year.

i had this at the turn of the year when the weather was bad. They open up the time frame so that it is longer than the original but you need to check the visit page to see what they have opened up to.

Bizarrely I managed to get all my TNS ones done without problem this time rounds although I did have a similar problem to you at the turn of the year.

    Hi

Does anyone have any advice for someone doing their first supermarket?

From what I had read on the forum it was complicated but it doesn't seem to bad but I haven't been given all the details. I didn't want to accept it before I asked in case I got a flood of DON'T DO IT RUN messages :rotfl:

Thing is I didn't realise that I'd need to check the visit page as I had discussed oevr email with them what they were opening the visits up to. I assumed (wrongly now I know!) that this was for all visits of teat wave since thats what they said in the email. Obviously not! I won't get caught out like that again!
