  • Hi Guys

Has anyone done any of the posh department store jobs?

Is it worth signing up to do several departments in one go or would it take an entire day? I can't see it being worth it to just do one departments on its own but I'd be tempted if I could do a few.

Just had to cancel 2 jobs in my area, I live on top of a hill and the snow is 10 inches thick, with no buses running and taxis only running to the main road (20 minute walk away in good weather) there's no way I can do them. It doesn't feel fair doing them in this weather either as I already know from a friend who lives opposite one of them that they're out of stock of practically everything and are rationing bread and milk to one loaf and carton per person.

So i completed my first assignment with Re, talk about nerve racking, it suddenly became very difficult to act like a 'normal shopper' :), anyway it's gone ok so that's good.
I've been trying to get into abai, but no luck, it all seems to be quite mysterious, is there a secret to seeing the jobs there ? Now off to find some burger jobs in my area, but it's snowing even in london, maybe 1/4 of an inch:D Brrrrrrrr

    Hi Max

I suppose my registration with Helion will have to be on hold until I have a form of ID that is not my passport. Please take no offence but I do not send copies of that over the internet by principle.

That's disappointing but I appreciate you explaining it in more detail.

    Thank you for your response
Could I just add that I was as concerned as you and when I raised it on here, a kind person said cover up the important details on the passport with a piece of paper. I did this, can't remember what I left showing, probably date of birth only. I have now completed several jobs for Helion, they can be few and far between though.

I got a call with Helion. Asked to move it a day later as the phones went down at work. Didn't recieve a reply from my email and it was removed from my account. A little harsh i thought!
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

I usually do. Although I never use their phones unless it's freephone!
