I can see a CIC but it has obviously been handed back because the deadline is today. Apart from CUE the only other ones are VIS

Think the closed emails are sent automatically. I would have given React a phone call rather than an email. The allocators might not be sitting at a computer screen with their emails open. Probably would have got a quicker response by phoning them. Who is to say the allocator is not kicking themselves by allocating the jobs out to some one else before seeing your email!

Well the previous allocator and I used to have chatty conversations, so I guess she must have been sat at her computer with her emails showing. I hope she comes back asap! She was my bestest (I just made that word up!) best allocator ever, in the whole wide world. LOL. :j:j

Because I've not been with Gap for long I am only allowed to do 2 per month. I've already got 2 booked for Oct which I was phoned about ages ago! But now there's one just come up that someone must have dropped as it's for tomorrow, and it wasn't there before, with a premuim fee which I want to do.
If I drop one of the ones I'm meant to be doing will I then be able to select this one? If I can do 2 then I may aswell try and at least do one with a decent fee!

Get you Jen. You're such a jet setter. Here there and everywhere. Keep your eyes peeled on RE. They do some top restaurant visits at the retail park in Birstall.

What's CIC? I hope they extend the CUE deadline as I am in the area for one on Monday.

If I was you, I wouldn't cancel one of my only two assignments with any company in any given month, especially if I was fairly new with that company. It would instantly reduce your reliability score to 50% for that month (assuming that you completed the uncancelled assignment) and significantly reduce your overall reliability score if you are pretty new with them. I know we are all on "borrowed time" with Gyp, but it would be silly to give them a reason for ditching you, unless you aren't really bothered about a long (and happy????) relationship with them.

You might, anyway, find that the Gyp system wouldn't let you accept the premium assignment after cancelling one of the two booked out to you.

P.S. Your current situation isn't that rare in mystery shopping. Many's the time I book the full allocation of jobs with any one client/wave, only to find that a couple of days later, the fee escalates for the unallocated jobs in the same wave. I agree that it's pretty frustratrating, but it's the way of things, I'm afraid.

True! I don't think I would have considered it with any other company really, but I suppose it's only because like you said, we feel on borrowed time anyway with them so I don't feel as much need to keep them happy as I do other companies. I also wouldn't like to cancel on anyone else as I din't like letting people down, but Gap don't seem all that worthy!!! I could do without them, but it's still better that they are an option.
I shall think myself lucky that's one less lot of greasy chicken I'll have to eat this month!

Oh well. I'm past caring now. Someone cleans RE out all the time! All I ever see on there is that bloody European hotel and that bloody European something else when I have clearly crossed international visits. !!!!!!!

They have some pizza on GAP in Hudds if you ain't seen them yet love.

I have thanks. did the cinema one sunday and leaving the other not to be greedy as i got one up at the bf house, promised his sister i would take her as she has never been next time one cropped up.

He's gonna kill be. Next weekend i have a coffee, clothes and pizza at the retail park (thats why i wanted the jewlery, would have been perfect). He doesn't know yet and always makes out my m/sing either bothers him or causes problems in some way. didn't seem like that when he was stuffing his face with pizza though lol
