How to cancel an order online from UGG fake site?

Hey there
i am in need of anyones help, i didn't know where to post this thread, so i put it here
My girlfriend has just ordered some UGG boots from a website, which turned out to be a fake UGG website. Shes paid by card (debit or credit, im unsure), and she has now found that she can not access the website to try and even cancel the order.
I was just wondering, what would you suggest we do bout this? As i really want to help her.

we've tried that but they said there is nothing they can do about it now coz the process has gone thru
but its a fraud website!0 -
We really need to know what kind of card it was as it makes a big difference. If it was any kind of Credit card then she is protected and needs to go through the card company. If it was a Visa Debit card then go through the bank. If it was a Maestro Debit card then there may be nothing anyone can do.0
