EBICO Ltd costomers check your bill

I got my first bill EBICO ltd And they overchrge me for gas and electricty per kWh.
I phoned Soutern Electric told me to speek to EBICO. so i phoned EBICO and gess what?... they told me to phone Southen Electric. i dont now what to do?
Did any one have any similer expirence?

Although Ebico are simply a reseller, they are the company that you have chosen to supply you.

I would contact them back and make it very clear that you expect them to answer the question, not Southern.

If they tell you that only Southern can answer the question, well ask them to find out the answer and contact you back.

They are your company, why should you be the one running around trying to find the answers?

How are you paying? If its by direct debit then the tarif is 6% higher but you get a 6% discount at the end.

Otherwise, Ebico only has one tarif structure so its unlikely to be wrong. Certainly there is only one gas price.

Southern have always done this, for eg they state 1.94 inc vat. if you pay by d/d and with the discount it comes out right at 1.96. ( these were the old prices).
Its a convoluted way of working it out and Ebico are trying to sort it out with Southern.
I have been with Ebico for over a year i have just worked out the figures for the year and they are just about right.

My bill says that I’m getting a discount for paying by Direct Debit – but I thought the whole point was that everyone paid the same on EQUIGAS and EQUIPOWER?

In some circumstances billing procedures automatically deduct a percentage from the bill for Direct Debit payment. In these circumstances the work-around we use is to ADD a percentage to the bill first so that when the deduction is made it comes back to the correct EQUIGAS or EQUIPOWER bill. Sorry, we know it sounds a bit daft, but that’s computer systems for you! We are working to remove this oddity.
