Leek moth. It is here and is devastating

The leek moth decimated everyone`s leekes on the allotments this year and I have just read that it also attacks onions and garlic. :eek: we are in somerset
I covered the onion sets with mesh because of the local birds but now I am off to change the mesh for environmesh. I did read that floating close woven mesh is very effective too. This could be a disaster

I had something totally destroy all of my leeks and I am in scotland
