PPI - on Egg Loan - Confused
After Watching Martin on reclaiming Missold PPI I contacted my loan provider egg which I took out May 2007.
On my yearly statement it show's PPI I wrote to Egg with the letter from Martins website to reclaim as it was missold, however they advised that I had cancelled the PPI back when I took the loan out which is correct as they said I could only get the Loan if they put the PPI on and then I had to ring them to cancel which I did do.
however this PPI is still showing on my yearly statement? they advised that this would always be the case because I originally took out the loan with them I had to have PPI.
Is this correct should PPI still be showing on my statement if I am not paying for it also can they advise that It had been cancelled but still take money for it?
