To Enter. Enter the Cat® Footwear: New York Competition 2010 (the “Competition”) by visiting https://www.catfootwear.com/uk between September 23, 2010 and October 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”) and completing an Entry Form in its entirety. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. By participating in the Competition or accepting a prize, entrants and travel guests accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

2. Prize Drawings. On or about November 8, 2010, Sponsor will hold a random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Runner-up Prize winner, one (1) Second Runner-up Prize winner, and one (1) Third Runner-up Prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winners will be notified within three (3) days of the drawing by e-mail and/or telephone, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability release within seven (7) days. Prizes will be forfeited and alternate winners selected if the potential winners cannot be reached within three (3) days after the drawing, do not meet eligibility criteria, or do not fully comply with these rules.

3. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize: a holiday from London, England to New York, New York for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel guest, including: (a) return economy air transportation from London to New York; (b) return transfers from New York airport to hotel; (c) double hotel accommodations for three (3) nights; (d) a canoeing excursion on the Hudson River; and (e) comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is £2,500. Scheduling is based on availability, subject to blackout dates, and must be completed by August 31, 2011. One (1) First Runner-up Prize: one (1) Apple® iPad™ with an ARV of £430. One (1) Second Runner-up Prize: one (1) Nikon® L110 digital camera, with an ARV of £200. One (1) Third Runner-up Prize: one (1) pair of Cat® footwear, with an ARV of £120

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except in the sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or equal or greater value.

4. Eligibility. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United Kingdom mainland. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its licensed dealers, agents and affiliates, and employees’ immediate families are ineligible. Immediate family members include relatives living at the same address as an employee. All national and local laws, rules and regulations apply.

5. General. Actual value of Grand Prize dependent upon costs of transportation and accommodations at the time of reservation. Blackout dates include: (a) December 15, 2010 – January 2, 2011; (b) April 22 – 25, 2011; (c) all United Kingdom Bank Holidays; and (d) all United States Federal Holidays. Grand Prize winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Sponsor or its selected travel agency will make all trip arrangements. Sponsor is not responsible for any flight cancellations or postponements. Grand Prize winner and travel guest are responsible for any shots and required travel documentation, including visas and passports. If travel guest is under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent must be provided prior to travelling. Travel guests must meet all eligibility requirements of this Sweepstakes, and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability release prior to travelling.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising without additional compensation, where not prohibited by law. All taxes and other expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, late, or lost entries; (b) errors or delays in entering; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Competition to be disrupted or corrupted; and (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in the Competition. Any entrant attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Competition, including but not limited to using automated processes for entry, will be ineligible. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition.

6. Sponsor/Administrator. The Sponsor and Administrator of the Competition is Cat® Footwear, a division of Wolverine Europe Limited, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London, N1 9AG (“Sponsor”).

7. Winner. The names of prize winners may be requested by sending Sponsor a self addressed, stamped envelope, attn: Cat® Footwear: New York Competition 2010, by December 31, 2010.

8. Privacy Policy. By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.catfootwear.com/uk.
