Can somebody tell me which format I require for recording on my Panasonic DVD recorder.

The manual does not tell me which format I need.

On front cover it says

dvd recording dvd-r/dvd-rw/+r

so can u advise plse

Well that means it can record both DVD-R and DVD+R, up to you.
