House by the sea for New year 2011

My school friend and i are 40 so to celebrate I am looking for a property that will take 8 of us right on the beach to rent, for a week at New year's 2011. Has any body been to any properties in the south, south west or Norfolk coast's that aren't too pricey or could recommend a web site that could help....... i would be greatful

I've used http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/ before. I had no problems at all, I booked for Lanzarote, the owner was English anyway so I could pay in UK£.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

We have stayed at Cromer Lighthouse - not right on the beach, it's on a cliff with beach access via footpath, but it is different.0
