To enter the competition, applicants must log on to mamasandpapas.com/community, complete the entry form, attach a photograph and submit the application form to us. In order to qualify for the prize, your entry must be received by midnight on 31/03/2011 (the "Deadline"). You must complete all of the required details on the entry form before you are entered into the competition. Incomplete entries or those not received by the Deadline will not count. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true and the photograph you are submitting is of the child being entered into the competition. You also warrant that you own the photograph and accordingly the copyright in it. Information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Promoter shall endeavour to delete all photographs submitted to it by non-successful applicants from its systems within 1 (one) month of the closing date. The prize is a Mamas & Papas gift voucher to the value of £100. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The voucher is available to spend in Mamas & Papas stores or online at mamasandpapas.com only. The voucher may not be redeemed at any other point of sale where Mamas & Papas products are available for sale. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is by email only. The Promoter shall select five winners from those entries received before the Deadline by a panel of judges, which shall be appointed at the sole discretion of the Promo.
