Nokia video clips help

I need some advice please.
I have taken some video footage using my mobile phone (nokia 6280).
I wish to share the footage with a number of friends around the UK. What is the best way to share this as I am not sure if they all have nokia software. The footage has been recorded on my phone as .3gp type files.
Is there any way I can get this converted to easy to use video files so they can use WMP or RP? If so directions to easy to use ad free converter please.
Dunno if it helps but I have just started to use photobucket.com and myspace on msn website. Wondering if these files can be viewed on there??
