RAM upgrade

I am looking at updating my RAM, have been on crucial and it states that they cannot locate what type of ram i have, i am running windows ultimate 7 and can go up to 8gb. I am using a sony vaio VGN FW5, which has ddr2 800mhz ram. I currently have 2gb which is shameful and am looking at this item on Play

is this the right product, i believe it is and is the Ram any good?
