Hi i could really do with some help i won credit card charges back from capital one with a company that won them for me and i have had no refund but i have recieved a reciept of refund , the financial company have not recieved the refund and capital one keep telling me that they have sent me a cheque on two occasions but i have got nothing back this has been going on for two months now .
No one knows where my my money is and i dont know what to do any more i would like to know who capital one ombadsman is so i can complain :mad:

If I'm reading your post correctly, you claimed charges through a company - who presumably will take a cut?
They need to do the chasing in that case, rather than you.
Banks don't have their individual ombudsmen - there is just the one independent one.0
