I paid for a hotel using my TSB credit card and the above company went bankrupt.
TSB are refusing to refund and say that I must complete a complicated form and claim through the American courts.
I understood that clause 75 mean't that the TSB should refund me?

Did you pay the company directly (not through a third party)?
If so and it was more than £100 then I think you are right and TSB should refund you. Not sure if anything on here might help

Yes we paid 1880hotels who then used a further booking agent, but because 1880 went bankrupt the agent never made the hotel booking due to no payment. So Lloyds TSB paid 1880 hotels. They have refused twice and said they would only consider looking at it if there was no success with the American claim.
I believe we have the right to claim from TSB?0
