Asda grocery delivery

I ordered a delivery to arrive between 6 and 8pm last night. By 8.30 this hadn't arrive, so called customer services. After an hour holding to get through, they told me that they had a shortage of drivers and were still delivering the morning's orders, rearranged for today 11-1 and said they would refund the delivery charge, and give us an e-voucher for free delivery next order.

On receiving the email confirming the order change, the price has gone up, the delivery charge is part of it as this is a more expensive slot, but we have been charged for that in full, and we had ordered nappies that were on offer, expiring today so have been charged full. I called cs and they refused to do anything - apparently we have £5 off next delivery and free delivery on it, despite being told it would be refunded off this order.

Surely we should not have to pay more for the nappies when it was their fault we aren not benefitting from the offer?

When I questionned this cs hung up on me!!!
