Smile debit card fraud - but they don't think so!

Hope this is the right place to post this - I need help!
My debit card was used fraudulently without it leaving my hands 2 weeks ago. 3 payments of 1p, £30 and £600 were made in one day so I rang my bank later that day when my card was refused due to being at its overdraft limit. They cancelled the card and refunded the £30 but it has taken several calls to the fraud dept. to even convince them that the largest payment was not made by me .
The £600 was made to 'Pounds til Payday', who I have never used. The bank is now getting the loan voucher from them to check the name and address on it. I checked my credit file with Experian and Callcredit, and there is nothing on it, but I am really worried that someone has applied for this loan in my name without me knowing. Is this possible? and would anything show on my credit file?? What do I do next???

Payday loan companies are beginning to share data, but it's still early days. I don't think the one you mention shares data with Experian yet. If fraud has taken place and you're worried that your identity has been compromised it would be sensible to check your credit report with all three CRAs and then to ask for their advice on adding appropriate security features. If you get back in touch with us declaring that you're a victim of fraud you'll be referred to our fraud team who will start the ball rolling for you. There's a good fraud-advice website at www.identitytheft.org.uk, created by a coalition of organisations which might help too.

I would assume as you have the card the pounds till payday company are going to lose out on the money.
They will not be able to prove to your bank they had the correct details.
They will not have had the 3 digits off the back, maybe not even your b-day or address.
If they are an actual store the transaction would not have been done with your PIN.
Hopefully you will get your money back into the account.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

I really need to contact the company dazzling smile, i signed up for a free trail of their teeth whitening kit, and im afraid i have been scammed, they have charged me another £60 which i did not agree to, and have no recollection of this in the small print. Apparently you have to send them the trail back within 14 days, or your account will be charged the full price, and this will keep happening until you cancel, and other company's will start to charge you too.
I live in the uk, so receiving and sending the trail back within a 14 day period would have been impossible anyway. I need to get in contact with the company to cancel but i cant connect with any of the phone numbers i have found. I have already cancelled my debit card so the cant take anything else from me, but they have now left me in an overdraft which i cant afford to pay back and am been charged by the bank for. i have submitted a fraud case, and i intend to drag their nasty ****'s through court if i have to, so any legal advice would be much appriciate.
I feel really stupid, and i guess i should have been more careful, they seemed like such a geniuine company though, and been a student i really cant afford this.0
