Would a messy garden next door put you off buying?

Yep sorry but it would put me off too. We used to have dreadful neighbours and now we have lovely neighbours and our lives are so much happier now! I'd find somewhere else, just not worth the risk.0

I wouldnt buy it. One of the first things I look for when buying is what the neighbours' properties are like. I for one cant stand rubbish and cars dumped in front gardens - it just shows that people dont care. We moved recently and I was so glad because there was a neighbour around the corner who moved in and started to re-build and sell crappy old cars. Chav's I'm afraid. Stay away........0
