How can I warn others?

To cut a long story short we put an offer in on a property (house 1)after it came back on the market due to 'chain falling through' our offer was accepted we got to the point of exchange (we signed) but the vendor wouldnt sign- we subsequently found out (throught he grapvine/other EAs) that the property had had 2 other buyers and the vendor hadnt signed so they pulled out. 2 months after the vendor not signing (and lots of wierd lies etc) we decided we would start looking for another property ( we told the vendor this) we found somewhere better and had our offer accepted. We exchanged 6 weeks later on the 2nd house on friday (yay) and then dropped the vendor of house 1. House 1 is now back on the market (we were suprised that the EA would even consider remarketing it!).
I talk about it light heartedly now but the house 1 really caused us a lot of stress. We ended up moving in with family so that we didnt loose our buyer (3 months ago now!) And we've wasted ££££ on solicitors fees.
Is there any way I can warn other potential buyers about this vendor who is an inconsiderate ****?

There's a whole variety of ways -
Erect a billboard outside vendor's house, stating your view/opinion
Set up a website with a domain name matching the vendor's name, also including your view/opinion
Take out a full page advert in your local newspaper or a national newspaper, also including your view/opinion.
However, the core problem with any strategy in this vein is that it leaves you open to libel or slander proceedings by the vendor......0 -
Is the house on rightmove? If so, post the link here."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

move on
sadly lots of people put their houses on the market without really intending to sell... no idea why0 -
Slander is spoken, libel is written.
Nothing you have written appears to be libellous, but edit your opening post and change 'lies' to 'excuses', then post the rightmove link."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
