Temp agencies giving references to employers

    the agency i used to wotk for confirmed the dates you worked there, and nothing else.

    i suppose they'll do whichever floats their boat..

    We do the same as Fleagle.

    The reason we don't put the client company? Becase officially, you didn't work for the client, you worked for the agency. They were your employer, so the new employer doesn't need that information.

    Precisely. And if the temp is changing to work for a recruitment company in the same area, you wouldn't want them to try and poach one of your clients ;)
