just been done in a scam

1. to trial some health product which you get a sample and can cancel or progress with after 10 days - but the number to cancel is dud which means that you have no choice but to continue with the product and they take a huge sum out your account
2. on a company called heathbuy.com where you cant cancel the order and it subscribes you to further things which is impossible to cancel and huge sums are taken out once a month
the payments went onto my credit card into the pending payments section and also updated the main balance
after logging back in to pay off last months bills, noticed by main balance and pending payments had re-set to before - so did a little research into the companies and noticed the info i put above was on alot of forums
when speaking to a general customer service advisor, he says the payments are still on his screen as unauthorised but i told him strangely deleted from my online screen an hour or so after they went on which i have never experienced before, payments always stay in my pending screen for a day or so then update on my bill details, and never have i seen my main balance have a payment disappear - which makes me think and hope MBNA have blocked the payments in there fruad system
does this mean MBNA have already detected this scam in the past and blocked the payments??
He said to call 9am when the disputes department re-open and hopefully they can deal with it
i'm hoping the payments have been blocked by MBNA and those 2 scam companies dont ship me anything and its forgotten about
anyone know why the payments have disappeared and if im right that MBNA probably already have this registered as a scam on there system?

Why is it a Scam?
Ok, it was a trial, just like that darned film trial, but the number you rang to cancel is dud. Did you send a letter, no, they would not have used that either.
TBH, nothing is free, but in the first insatnce, record the fact, alledged, that the number is in deed duff, report this to you card comapny and ask them to deal with it under section 75.0 -
