Auctions being kicked unjustly for Fee Avoidance on

Wondering if anyone on here might be able to advise.
On the grabbit board on an elmo TMX thread ebayers are finding there auctions being kicked by ebay for fee advoidance on there postal charges. Postal charges they are quoting in there auctions are around actual cost price maybe slightly higher but ebay are still kicking them.
There's obviously a powerseller about who's destroying everyone elses auctions is there anyway to stop him? Or will ebay just ignore the little man?

This has personally happened to me and I am thoroughly put off by it. I wrote to eBay and explained that the postal charges are not at all excessive and that whoever has reported this, has been nothing but malicious. I then received a reply from eBay explaining why the listing was removed and that I should describe the fee structure. The listing was accurately composed and the postal charges were legitimate. I have mailed them once more stating that their reply was not appropriate enough and that I want them to investigate further (as far as I know 4 listings were kicked out on the same day as mine most likely by the same person). I think this is totally unfair.
Obviously whoever reported is having a wow of a time because his goods are getting sold. I am an honest trader and I am very discouraged to list my items on ebay.co.uk - what if he reports the items again and I get suspended. Personally I would do anything to get this person ousted of eBay because he is just a disgrace and plays dirty.
Anyone who can help in how he can be stopped please help.0 -

Report them as well then.
Clearly someone is out to sabotage the auctions. If it's a power seller then maybe them getting their stuff kicked off will actually put them in a worse position than you, as that is their income. have a look round and see who's left selling after you've all been kicked off. Find your likely candidate.
That'll teach them to play dirty tricks. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

I'm sure I know who it is (it's actually prettty obvious), but nothing in their auctions gives any reason for reporting , direct sabotage may be the only answer - what me guv? ....never
Not actually selling these myself at the mo (will be later in the year) but annoyed for other MSE'ers who are getting shafted.0 -
It might be worth trying Live Help who can sometimes be helpful. If not they should be able to point you in the right direction and supply links to where you can report this.
Try this direct link to them:-

I hope you get it sorted out.0 -
Its not very obvious to me ... I have more items to sell and what are my chances that he wont report me again and eBay bans me ...greeneye wrote:I'm sure I know who it is (it's actually prettty obvious), but nothing in their auctions gives any reason for reporting , direct sabotage may be the only answer - what me guv? ....never

I know it is unfair and time consuming but you will have to keep on at Ebay until they sort it out. Keep emailing until eventually you get a non canned reply and supply all the information that they ask for.
Try the Live Help link (above) and see if they can offer any extra advice.
This hasn't happened to me but it has happened to people I know and you will get it sorted. Once it has been sorted out, should anyone (or same person) report you again then your account should show details of this and you shouldn't get banned.0
