Hi
We are travelling to USA from Manchester via Dublin. I know I can buy duty free at Manchester and Dublin going out. Does anyone know if I can buy some in Dublin on the way back?
I am aware that I cant take liquids over 100ml through security at Dublin and so hoped I could buy my perfume etc (when I know if I have any money left) in Dublin

I'm pretty sure that if you can buy anything at all in Dublin on the way back it will be duty paid - reason being you have entered the EU.
You could buy on the (transatlantic) plane? That will be duty free though the choice will be slim.0
