Ebay Violations

Need some help here!

Trying to get rid of my PSP ,and its a Version 1.5 Homebrew,those in the know will know all what these can do!

Now i had it boxed/complete with all accessoreies blah de blah,and i also included 5 dvd's full of games.

It got pulled because of my DVD's which were deemed to be copyright,fair enough!

So i relisted,and explained them to be "Full of extras" instead...

One again pulled from Ebay for Copyright!! Where oh where did they get that from,i never mentioned once they had games on them,just "Extras".

I did state that if users wanted to know what was on them,please email me.

Any advice on how i could word it better,to not Violate Ebay rules?

Personally I wouldn't risk a relist of the DVDs now as someone is watching you, probably a competitor and the next time you may well get your account suspended.
It is illegal to sell, and to buy, pirated material in the UK, so list the item and dump the pirate discs.

Do you think maybe it might have been someone who had asked for the list to be mailed to them,that could have shopped me?

The dvd's would actully make the difference in me getting a extra £30-40 for the PSP.So i'm in 2 minds now as to what to do...

Do you agree with what i'm saying though that Ebay have nothing to prove whats on the dvd's,so how can they stop the auction? For all they know it could be pictures of me!

Extras could be a whole variety of things.

'Extras' rather suggests something to do with the outfit you are selling, and since they already have it on file that you have pirate discs you will probably not get away with listing them again.

Ebay don't have to explain their rationale, if they believe someone is breaking the law by pirating, they are completely at liberty to pull the listing.

Someone will have turned you in, but thank your lucky stars it was only to ebay and not to FACT as being caught in possession, or trying to sell copied items is liable for a huge fine.
