could someone tell me why in the last two day that i have had problems with trying to read NEW POSTS??then i get the message saying it required i wait x amount of second and try again im very confused i dont normaly get problems?

    When you click New Posts, the forum conducts a search and I'm guessing the forum (like most forums out there) has a setting to restrict duplicate/several searches from any individual user in a specified (short) time period to keep the servers happy. :)
