Can I claim back my P.P.I as my only income was a small works pension and my statuary injury benefits. I don't believe I should have been sold this P.P.I as my money was upstanding from D.W.P

Its possible that you have a reclaim.
If your protected by your employer and they did not discuss this with you at the point of sale, give it a go.

Complete and send to whoever is responsible for setting up and arranging your policy.
Keep a copy in case you need to refer to this at some point.

They have 8 weeks to give a decision, but may ask for more time with a date/timescale of when you should hear of a decision.

You can write a cover letter to enclose in your own words if you want to as well, but its not essential.
