I was just wondering if it's accaptable for someone on the dfeeds to not be on the mortgage. My bf is between jobs atm (as moving accros the country) and therefore does not have an income to help with the mortgage application.
Cheers in advance

Not sure if this helps but I'm on a mortgage without an income - my husband and I have a joint mortgage and I am a stay at home mum. We even had a joint mortgage before we were married on his income - I'm assuming that as long as your income covers it, you could both be on the mortgage and on the deeds?0

What chocaholic said.
He cannot be on the deeds but not on the mortgage. No mortgage company will allow that.
He could be on the mortgage with an income of zero if your income covers it.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
