Clubcard vouchers for Barcelo in spain

When we were in fuerteventura this year we saw how nice this hotel was, but were quite happy to go back to where we stayed (nowhere near as luxurious but lots of fun). Ive been looking at prices for where we stayed and because next year well have another child to take it would actually work out cheaper to go Barcelo!
So, as if that wasnt good enough, i now see that you can pay with clubacard rewards, and its the full 4x, so id need £250 clubcard vouchers for the £1000 week at barcelo.
Firstly, does this seem possible? I am an avid clubcard collector, and am quite points savvy in getting an average of 300 points a week what with extra points products etc, but im just a bit concerned that weve had no major promotion on since the forever living cd's (£1 cd, 500 points :eek:) and its been a while. Have we seen the back of these?

Also, i notice on the website that you only give barcelo your credit card to confirm reservation, and pay after your stay, so how would this work with rewards? Book by phone?
And lastly, (sorry:o), is it wise to buy the clubcard vouchers from ebay? Theyre all advertised as "worth xxx in deals" but dont they have to all have same name and address for rewards?

I've used tesco clubcard vouchers against a stay at a Barcelo Hotel in Cairo. Like most Tesco deals, you need to exchange your clubcard vouchers for Barcelo ones (we did this on the Tesco website) When I received the vouchers by post, I rang the booking number and booked the hotel. Very simple and it saved us a lot of money.
