Independent banks and Building societies

We have just received a stroppy letter from one of our creditors, GMB card, operated by Bank of Scotland.
Can someone please direct us to a completely independent bank or building society to transfer our funds to.

We are on a repayment scheme with CCCS which is 5 years old and GMB card seem not to be happy with the amount of money they are receiving and have threatened to take monies from any accounts we have within the group, ie: Bank of Scotland, Halifax, our current account, etc.0 -
Avoid the Lloyds Banking Group, ie Lloyds TSB, Halifax Bank of Scotland.0
