Stupid SkyPlayer online

Registered last week and watch a program on stream, tried again today and I get "You can only watch this programme on your main computer." I then click on Manage Registered Devices and it states "Computer not registered" despite it being on the "Other computers and devices you have registered with Sky Player" list.
Why does it do this?

I had the same problem. I did a c clean and it will not recognise the computer anymore it seems to want to add it as another computer. I wonder if skyplayer puts a cookie on that c clean takes away? Thought it worked on IP address?
