What's this about?[/title]

Use a special code and you can get £15 off £250+ bookings for flight broker Opodo until 30 Sept 2010. Opodo includes most flights and the code works on sales, so if you're booking any flights over £250 (or flights for a couple at £125+ each), it's worth a look.

How to book[/title]
The discount is valid against each booking, not per flight. So if you want to save on flights for two people, you need to book each flight separately. (It's not one person person or household).
Yet, this is a gamble. Cheap flights’ limited nature means there’s a chance that between booking flights one and two, the cost could jump. Ideally, get your pal to book & press ‘submit’ at the exact same moment on another laptop.
Before booking, you can gauge roughly how many seats are left at that price by pretending to book flights for up to nine passengers. If the cheap fare’s still available for all the seats, you know you’ve got a fair chance. If it’s not even available for two or three seats, be worried.
Pay by credit card
Remember, for safety, pay on a credit card to get extra protection. See the Section 75 guide for full info and of course remember the British Airways strike issue isn't resolved yet - so there could be another ballot there.

Anything to watch out for?[/title]
The offer ends 30 Sept 2010, but can be used on flights for any date. The voucher is not valid on multi-stop flights, Flight + Hotel bookings and flights with low-cost airline flights (easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Aer Lingus).
Also read Opodo's full terms and conditions when you book, as they could differ from the airline's. If you need to change your flight, Opodo charges a £25 admin fee. Yet many airline sale fares are non-refundable anyway.

- Step 1. First find the cheapest standard price
If you fancy a certain destination on specific dates, don't go direct to Opodo. All results are included in the cheap flight screenscrapers Kayak*, Travelsupermarket* and Skyscanner*. See the Cheap Flights guide for a full lowdown.
If you want to go to a destination served by budget airlines, you could well be better off with the FlightChecker, our tool that tools you when to go to get the ultra-cheap flights.
- Step 2. Check the price on Opodo
Once you've found the flight you want, go to Opodo* and search for the same flights. Yet always pop the flight in your basket, as then it'll include the 'booking fee' it sometimes adds (it clearly says if there is one).
Provided the total isn't £15 more than the cheapest elsewhere, use the code to save. Pay by credit card, and, like many similar places, there's a 2% fee, so if you need pay that way, check whether you can avoid it elsewhere.
Do also always check the terms and conditions when booking flights, cheaper deals tend to lack flexibility and individual brokers can have their own terms.
- Step 3. Use the code to book
The code is available specifically from the website VoucherCodes* in the promo box to take £15 off flights more than £250. Warning: Opodo automatically ticks a box to say you want insurance, so untick this when you book - see cheap travel insurance for best buys instead.
The discount is valid against each booking, not per flight. So if you want to save on flights for two people, you need to book each flight separately. (It's not one person person or household).

This may be in addition to the airline's charges,
which is why Opodo does these promotions.
Always do a full search before booking especially if there is more than one travelling and do simple comparisons.
BA is on Quidco for some flight+hotel/car deals http://www.quidco.com/british-airways-flights-and-holidays/?acPosts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
nothing really to get excited about...and who's going to go to the bother of making muliple bookings at the risk of all those seats being dotted around the plane...0
