Article 9 of EC261/2004 'Right to Care' currently applies if it is an EU based airline.

What are you expecting an insurance to do, what excess would you want?

  • if i get stranded abroad because a flight is cancelled, i would like to know that my costs are covered, i got stuck in the volcanic ash last time, and am still waiting for a payout from Ryanair, which i understand everyone else is, i know about the EU regulation, but still will like to make sure i am covered!
