HELP! Deleted email - can I get it back?

I've just tried to delete a single email and have deleted the whole sub folder in error.

Any way to retrieve it?

I'm using Windows Live Mail.

    Have you looked in the deleted items folder?

    Ive just tried this with outlook 2007 and when i delete an email, if i press ctrl and z together (undo) it restores my emails, might be worth a try, (i dont have Windows Live Mail to test it on)
