Hi

I bought 2 Tefal quick cups from Argos in July 09 and i have the receipts for both. They both broke last month with different problems so i was wondering where i complain to, i have read the advice guide but i'm a bit confused. I know that if it is within a year you take it back to the trader (argos) but if it is after the year warranty do you take it back to the manufacturer (Tefal)?

Any help would be great.

Your contract was with the retailer, so it's back to them.

Be prepared for some discussion.

Due to the length of time that you have had the items, the retailer may ask that you prove the items were inherently faulty.
