Credit Card Application - Salary Details

I need to apply for a new credit card to do a Balance Transfer, my problem is that this year I have bought a franchise (having lost my job)and have earnt next to no money, obviously anticipating that will change next year.
I have an excellent credit history so shouldn't have a problem there, is anyone aware of a credit card company that could help in this situation.
