Mortgage Rate Increase due to Renting

Does anybody know if all mortgage lenders now up your mortgage rate by 1.5% once a property has been rented out for 6 months? We are about to rent out due to work relocation. Many thanks.

I think it depends on the lender. Mine is Natwest and they keep you on the same deal but charge you a one off fee of £100 for consent to let.0
