I will have my own kitchen again tomorrow (if I manage to unpack all the stuff that is
) but tonight I think it will be fish and chips.

Morning all - diner's open early this morning but there doesn't seem to be any staff about? Oh well, self service and leave the money on the side then!
Omlettes last night as OH has rugby training on a Thursday so it's easier to do something separate. I had mushrooms and peppers that needed used up so that sorted the filling out, along with a good handful of cheese. Stuck mine under the grill to brown the cheese and puff it up. OH stuck his to the frying pan as usual - I wish I knew what he did to things to make them stick!
Egg mayo roll for lunch, (just hard boiled the egg!) and curry tonight for tea. Need to go and ask on MG's thread if anyone has a foolproof recipe for naan bread as I fancy making some to surprise OH with later! HM chicken & lentil curry is defrosting in the fridge, and I'll do rice and poppadums too.

Thought I'd pootle on over and see what everyones up to.
Pen, your dinner sounded lovely. Ours was cobbled together from remnants from freezer, fridge and cupboard. Ended up with a bizarre roast effect type thing :rotfl:. Luckily Mr P has gone shopping tonight so we may eat something normal tomorrow!!!

Ah yes, I am tempted by that I must admit. I can do my shopping lists and then on the 1st just order it all. Know what getting Piglet so can just raid Toysrus late one night!:D**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -
I love the atmosphere in the shops coming up to christmas. OH and I go for a day christmas shopping together, and I also go for a day with Mum, although to be honest that one tends to be more about having a day wandering round the shops and not buying much!
Had the planned chicken & lentil curry tonight, I made naan breads and pepper & onion rice with it - both for the first time and both turned out well so hurrah for me!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
