  • Oh, I forgot to list today's menu.

Nice fizzy for starters. 4 bird roast for mains and Christmas pud if we can manage it.

    Hellllllooooo

How’s everyone been? Bit late but hope you all had a great Christmas and start to the new year?

Marru, please, come in for a latte on the house, TRIPLE shot and freshly baked choklit muffins that are still warm

Good luck with the CV :) xx

Lots of changes in my life over the past 6 months, I’m living with my new (although now old news) OH, ex-OH has a girlfriend, kids are more settled into a routine and we share the custody pretty much as much as we can. I did get a job up in London, job’s not too bad but I CAN NOT stand the commuting, leaving the house at 07.25am and not getting home until 19.35pm every night. I have my dinner and go to bed exhausted! I think maybe I’m getting old as I have worked longer hours than this when I was younger :rotfl:, but I’m sorry 3 hours on the trains and 9 hours at my desk is too much. So I gave my notice a couple of weeks ago and as they owed me holidays, I am off tomorrow lunchtime and CAN’T WAIT :D

God knows what I’m going to do for income though :undecided

This is what prompted me back to MSE, firstly because I haven’t had time to scratch me bum for the last 6 months let alone post on here, plus I am gonna be skint skint skint and need lots of ideas and tips to get me back into the frugal way of living :)

Speak to you all soon, I hope, unless you all visit a diner elsewhere cos you thought I’d sold up and moved on :(

    xx
