Cooked brekkie from the local small chef today I seem to be developing an allergy for washing up!

Just watching The Apprentice then off to bed for Budgie, who can't find her phone charger

Its been missing since I visited my Ds, note to self must try harder to locate it.

Scampi, chips and peas here for dinner. Salad for lunch and lots and lots of fruit

Oh and water with a hint of lime, could I be any better behaved.
