B&Q Tradepoint - opinions, is this legitimate moneysaving?

B & Q are one of the highest priced (if not the highest priced) operators in the DIY / Home improvement sector. They have a massive mark up on all of their stock. I had to buy a single kitchen cupboard door for a customer last week. It was £32 through B & Q but if I got it via tradepoint, it was £14. This is for something that has a Factory Gate price that is probably no ore than £4.00. This just proves that they can easily lower all of their prices and still make ample profit. I would have no hesitation in making up a Fake ID. If it was 'Fraud', then B & Q would be accessories to this for failing to undertake appropriate checks.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Never noticed any difference in trade point prices or standard off the shelf prices.
All a marketing con if you ask me.0 -
