Ideas & Help with travelling to Euro Disney Paris !!

Hello , I would really appreciate some advice and to hear how others have travelled and stayed in Euro Disney, anyone's help on how to get the best deal for myself and my 4 yr old daughter to go there from Manchester at the end of November . for 3 nights stay , upto 5 nights stay please.

I do not mind how we travel however it can not be by car , I have looked into travelling from different airports and travelling by Euro tunnel { as I can get cheap train tickets to get to London if I book in advance now } , and travelling is not an issue.

My budget is around £500 for travel and accommodation { do not mind self catering - probably easier actually }

I have a brochure but when I do the adding up it comes to lots more when I add the supplements on due to their only being one adult . I have also looked on Lerger website, but I cant seem to get the extra day in Paris on that website which means we wouldn't be staying long enough. I have also checked out Crest Holidays but there is no dates left available in November :(

Would I be better off making my own package holiday , if so does anyone have an idea which websites to go on please, and where is best to stay
Many thanks

There are lots of places around Disney where you can stay, but if you're not taking a car, self catering probably won't save you any money or be very convenient.

I never do a travel-inclusive package - always do it separately, usually for a November trip I'd check the Disneyland paris website itself to see if there are any offers on for their hotels (which there are at the moment - up to 30% off). Completely ignore the DLP brochure price, there are always offers on ;).

For travel - I know Easyjet do flights to Paris CDG from Liverpool - is that do-able for you? Book that direct if thats the way to go for you. Or theres the Eurostar (although prices will be starting to increase as you're within a couple of months now of your proposed trip). You might also get a through fare with the train and Eurostar to DLP from Manchester - phone Eurostar to get prices etc.

I can't help you with a Paris trip, have never made it there yet!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
We stayed at the Kyriad Hotel (outside disney hotels but within the free shuttle links to disney ) better hotel with great grub. Look into the likes of ebay for promotional passes for disney. Fly is poss the cheapest way to travel jusy poke around with times and dates. The more odd times the cheaper it gets .

Thanks alot for the replies , I'm just having a look now , and having a play around with dates etc, so its already looking better :o

Going from Liverpool seems to be the best at the moment .

Ive had a look on Ebay and cant find any hopper tickets , will keep a look out for them though,
Do you know how much they normally sell for / and for how many days please ?
And where else I can purchase them from please ?
    Thanks again

If you're buying park tickets separately and staying offsite, Expedia, Disney themselves, 365tickets, attractiontix etc all sell park tickets for DLP.

I have just looked at this website http://www.vea-shuttle.co.uk/disney-paris-shuttle-rates.asp

The shuttle bus states 18e for each trip , I take it that means one way ?

yes it does, one way is 18 euros per adult, 13 euros per child. There is a TGV train which goes direct to the gates of DLP from CDG airport - this can work out cheaper than the VEA (I always take the TGV, we are also a party of 2, but my DD is 9 so I'm not lugging a stroller and lots of luggage - we do it with hand luggage only).
Check Rail Europe for the TGV prices and timetable :).
