Wynsors; poor quality and support

They sold online footwear that was not even worn 6 months before hole appeared in one sole and both were worn prematurely thin.
Contacted them and was told to send them back to them. They promised to send a prepaid label which never arrived then eventually they sent another which stated costs would be levied if their quality control didn't rule "a fault".
Heard nothing more, til courier tried to deliver package from them.
They had been told NOT to return the damaged footwear, if they rejected the complaint as of no use to anyone with holed sole and would be just waste of money/petrol/time etc.
Contacted them to ask what the attempted delivery was about and was told "QUALITY CONTROL HAVE ISSUED A REPLACEMENT PAIR" which seemed fair.
Then received the package and it was the same faulty, holed pair they had been sent! Same packaging [as if they hadn't even opened and examined them!] but included letter stating condition was just "normal wear and tear".
Contacted the person who had stated "REPLACEMENT PAIR" being sent and they then backtracked, scoffing "there should be a letter explaining".
So WYNSORS wastes money and time and fossil fuels sending back items that have no value to anyone and also mocks customers by informing them they would be receiving REPLACEMENT items; when they fully knew that was NOT the case.

How much did the shoes cost and had you worn them every day for 6 months or just now and again?0

I have always found Wynsors products to be fantastic value and quality. If you have worn the shoes for 6 months I think you have got your money’s worth out of them.0
