With regards to an age limit I know some companies will allow teens to have them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Funny thing this, some of my teenage daughters friends have these things, like a status symbol LOL
They all seem to know each others PINs, again a curious teenage thing because they all seem to swap clothes and shoes too.
