Warranty Issue

Hi,
I bought an expensive computer from overclockers.co.uk just over two years ago. The computer is now failing to power up so i rang them up, they told me the warranty is only a year on the system but the individual parts are still covered by manufacturers warranty. Therefore, if i take the computer apart and send them back a couple of the components (power supply and motherboard) they will be able to replace them.
They told me it would take minutes to take the computer apart, however, through research i discovered this was a very complicated job. As i am not a technical person and can not afford a computer shop I rang them up again and asked them if i could send them the whole computer due to the complications of taking it apart.
After, 30 minutes of debate including a conversation with the manager i didnt get anywhere and they were sticking behind their policy that the system was sold with a years warranty but the parts were covered by manufacturers warranty. As a result, i could not send the whole system back, only the individual parts.
Do I have any right to send them back the whole system?
