Help with cancelling sons Xbox live subscription

Well over a year ago now, my son used my bank card to pay for his xbox live subs. I agreed he could do this. But now, my circumstances having changed, I cant afford this money to keep coming out my account.

He has tried emailing them, they never reply.
He says he has tried doing it on his Xbox, wont work.

I have even changed my bank card in the hope it would stop, but to no avail.

I phoned them yesterday to explain, but because I did not get the security details correct they wont deal with me, even though its MY bank account they are taking the money from.!!

Part of the problem as well is he has two gamertags and I dont know which one the money is for!

I have 2 separate amounts coming out of £4.25 and £ 14.99 every 3 months?

My son says he does not know the security details either.....so my question is this.......

HOW THE HELL DO I STOP THEM TAKING MY MONEY?:(

basically sign in to your account at http://www.xbox.com/accounts and cancel the automatic renewal

be sure to sign in with both accounts and make sure that the option is off with both.
